The Maspion Bladeless Fan was designed with a modern minimalist approach that emphasizes simplicity of form, functional efficiency, and refined aesthetics. By eliminating conventional fan blades, the design delivers a smooth and evenly distributed airflow while offering improved safety and easier maintenance. Its clean, streamlined form creates a contemporary and futuristic appearance, allowing it to integrate seamlessly into modern living spaces while enhancing both functionality and visual appeal.

DEFINE

The goal was to address common limitations of conventional fans, such as exposed blades, difficult maintenance, visual clutter, and uneven airflow. The design aims to create a safer, cleaner, and more comfortable airflow experience while maintaining a modern aesthetic suitable for contemporary living spaces.

DESIGN

The design translates the identified requirements into a compact and streamlined form. A vertically oriented body was developed to maximize airflow performance while minimizing the product’s footprint. The rounded rectangular air outlet becomes the main visual element, creating a distinctive yet approachable identity. The front-facing control interface and lower ventilation area are integrated into the body to maintain a clean and cohesive appearance. Soft corners and continuous surfaces further reinforce the modern minimalist character of the product.

Structuring the Minimalist Form

The final design brings together the key functional and aesthetic requirements established throughout the design process. The compact vertical form integrates the bladeless airflow system, intuitive front-facing controls, and a perforated lower intake into a clean and cohesive structure. Rounded edges and a soft geometric profile create a modern and approachable character, while the minimal surface treatment reinforces the product’s simplicity and visual elegance. The result is a compact bladeless fan designed to provide a safer, cleaner, and more refined airflow experience for contemporary living spaces.
